á    Team-building rhythm workshops for Direct Line.

á    Afternoon workshops for team building and creativity for senior executives of W.H. Smith. These workshops used ÒjunkÓ percussion, i.e. brooms, buckets, dustbins and the like.

á    Evening workshops on creativity for managers of Sara Lee.

á    Sessions modelling complexity theory as part of MBA course at Cranfield School of Management.

á    Celebration and networking exercise for Practive Ltd marking the end of major and sustained management development programme they had conducted for the NHS.

á    Group exercise modelling excellence for Lorien plc.

á    After-dinner team building and creativity session for international group of Shell executives.

á    After-dinner ÒenergiserÓ for senior directors of Securicor.

á    Breakfast ÒicebreakerÓ for senior directors of RBS Assurance Group.

Public Sector, Voluntary Sector and educational

 

á    Extended sessions over three days for staff of Shaftesbury Housing as part of corporate restructuring. Our work focussed on emphasising continuity through change and each session was attended by a different group of over 100 staff as well as senior management.

á    Sessions over whole training day with GPs looking at such issues as healthy mental functioning, stress management, motivation and communication.

á    Workshop for Galahad SMS Ltd as part of residential course for teenagers promoting awareness of the problems of alcohol and substance misuse. The workshop examined, among other things, group percussion as a model for healthy group behaviour as well as the understanding and expression of different moods through creative percussion exercises.

á    Workshops for people with severe physical and learning difficulties on behalf of Orpheus Trust and the Westminster Society.

á    Interactive percussion show for primary school children as part of their arts week.
